摘要
针对市场不确定性带来的需求波动,结合供应链运行机制和控制论思想,建立一个三级供应链模型,并在模型中引入PID控制器,以实现供应链系统的协调控制。同时,采用MATLAB编程对系统模型进行仿真分析,结果表明,在外界环境变化情况下,通过合理设置模型中相关参数,能够提高系统对外界变化的响应速度,降低库存和牛鞭效应的影响。
According to the demand fluctuation brought by market uncertainty, based on the operation mechanism and the control theory of supply chain, a three-leve supply chain model was established, and the PID controller was introduced into the model to implement the coordinated control of the supply chain system. Meanwhile, the model was simulated and analyzed by MATLAB programming, and the results show that by reasonably setting the relevant parameters according to the changes of external environment, the effect of the inventory and bullwhip is reduced and the response speed of the system is improved to the external changes.
