摘要
结合工程实践对目前采用的加热炉控制方案,从仪表设置到方案原理进行综合性阐述和分析。双交叉限制复杂控制方案,可替代传统串级控制方案,可较好地适应负荷变化,在动态中不断修正偏差,抗各种干扰和节能环保。
As a piece of power consuming equipment,furnace is critical in coking unit.To improve its heating efficiency,save energy and protect the environment,the selection of heating efficiency control scheme is particularly important.Combined with engineering practice,the control schemes currently adopted for furnace are comprehensively analyzed from instrument setting to the principles of the schemes.Double crossover control can take the place of cascade control,because it better adapts to load change,constantly corrects the dynamic deviation and plays an important role in anti-interference,energy conservation and environmental protection.
