摘要
研发设计了一台能满足教学、实验用的小型针刺机。在研究分析工业用普通针板的布针原理及布针方式基础上,建立布针数学模型,完成了教学、实验用小型针刺机针板布针数量,纵横间距等参数设计,为针板的加工制造提供了有力依据。为企业实现计算机辅助针板布针及优化设计提供了有力支撑。
A small n e edle pun ch machine which can meet tea ching and experiment is designed an d developed. Based on the analysis of the pr inciple of cloth needle and the way of cloth needle of industr ial ordinary needle board, the mathematical model of needle arrangement is establ ished, and needle boards needle number of small needle punch machine using for teaching and experiment is f inished, vertical and horizontal spacing parameters and so on. Needle board ’ s processing and manufacturing provide a strong basis for enterpr ises to achieve computer -aided needle arrangement and optimization of design provide a strong support.
