摘要
针对唐钢不锈钢公司1580生产线热轧带钢边部"翘皮"质量缺陷,进行了电镜扫描和能谱分析,确定了缺陷的产生的原因。从连铸工序、加热制度、粗轧立辊压下制度和精轧侧导板系统进行了改进,并进行实际跟踪验证。结果表明,加热制度和立辊调宽量对"翘皮"缺陷的发生率有较大影响,通过对现有工艺制度进行修订,有效降低了"翘皮"缺陷的发生。
Abstract: The causes for edge upwarping of hot roiled strip at Tangsteel stainless steel company 1580 hot strip production line are determined by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. Some modifications are made on continuous casting process, heating institution, rough rolling vertical rolls draft schedule, and finishing rolling side guide institution with actual track verification. The results show that the heating institution and the vertical rolls width adjustment are the main factors to cause surface upwarping. Through the revision of the existing process system, the occurrence of upwraping can be effectively reduced.
