文中针对一起船舶因MLC检查缺陷被滞留的实例,概括了MLC公约常见检查内容及相关规定,分析了PSCO针对MLC公约检查时涉及的主要方面,总结了AMSA、Paris Mou、USCG等组织针对MLC公约检查重点及CCS列明的易导致船舶滞留的MLC缺陷。
In view of a case of ship detention due to MLC inspection, the paper briefs the common content and relevant provisions concerning the MLC inspection, analyzes the main aspects for the MLC inspection of the PSCO, and summarizes the key points for MLC inspection of AMSA, Paris MoU, USCG etc. as well as the common MLC defects listed by CCS leading to detention.
