摘要
将配方比为1.95%的氧化铋、0.3%的五水合硝酸铋与阴极电泳漆用研磨树脂、去离子水、颜料、填料、助剂一起通过砂磨机研磨至细度≤15μm,加入一定量的双氧水,得到固含为(55±2)%的色浆。将该色浆与乳液配槽,在标准条件下电泳,漆膜在155~160℃下烘烤,得到物理性能和机械性能优异的电泳涂层。
A color paste with solid (55 ±2)% was prepared by mixing and grinding process of bismuth oxide, bismuth ternitrate, resin, deionized water, pigment, filler and additive followed by dosage of hydrogen peroxide. The prepare color paste was mixed with emulsion to form an electrodeposition solution which was applied under the standard coating conditions and further baked at 155-160 ℃ to form a cured film showing excellent physical and mechanical properties.
