摘要
随着直流输电的大规模建成和负荷需求的不断增加,我国电网形成了交直流混联系统,可能会对电网的静态和暂态电压稳定性带来一定的影响。无功规划可增强电网的安全稳定运行能力,现有研究多为仅考虑静态电压稳定性或暂态电压稳定性的无功规划,为此,该文提出了同时考虑静态和暂态电压稳定性的交直流混联系统综合无功规划方法。首先,该文定义了暂态电压稳定评估指标,并给出了综合无功规划的选址方法,然后建立了基于双层规划法的综合无功规划模型,旨在以最低的无功投资成本提高电网的静态和暂态电压稳定性。最后,通过对IEEE39扩展系统和实际电网算例的分析,验证了综合无功规划方法的有效性及实用性。
With the development of large-scale HVDC and increase of load demand, AC-DC hybrid system is gradually formed, which may bring some influences on static and transient voltage stability that can’t be underestimated. As reactive power planning can enhance the safe and stable operation ability for power system, most researches on reactive power planning at present are only focused on planning schemes considering static or transient voltage stability. Therefore, integrated reactive power planning methodology considering static and transient voltage stability meanwhile for AC-DC hybrid system was proposed in this paper. Firstly, a transient voltage stability assessment index was defined and the candidate locations approach for reactive power planning was discussed. Then, the model of integrated reactive power planning methodology based on bi-level programming was presented to enhance static and transient voltage stability with the minimum reactive power investment. Finally, IEEE 39 extended power system and a practical power system was analyzed in detailed. It’s proved that the integrated reactive power planning methodology is effective and practical.
