摘要
利用乳化沥青对高强砂浆进行改性,通过对改性砂浆中各微粒的电荷分布情况进行分析,在确保砂浆流动特性的前提下,研究不同掺量改性砂浆的合理加水量。利用微量热仪研究砂浆的水化热,分析改性砂浆的凝固特性。通过改性砂浆的抗压、抗折以及抗折挠度等测试,绘制抗折力与挠度曲线,运用折压比和抗折吸收能法分析改性高强砂浆的增韧减脆效果,并确定最佳的乳化沥青掺量。结果表明,乳化沥青改性高强砂浆不仅增韧减脆效果明显,且强度高,具有自流平特性。
Adopting emulsified asphalts to modify high-strength mortar, the reasonable water yield of modified mortar with dif- ferent dosage is studied on the condition of keeping mortar liquidity and analyzing the charge distribution of modified mortar particle. Micro-calorimeter is used to study the hydration heat of cement mortar and analyze the solidification characteristics of modified mortar. Drawing the bending force and the deflection curve according to the compressive,bending and bending deflection test of modified mortar. The optimal content of emulsified asphalt is determined by analyzing the toughening and brittle reduction effect of modified high strength mortar with flexural/compressive ratio and flexural absorption method. The result shows that emulsified asphalt modified high strength mortar not only has obvious toughening and brittle reduction effect,but also has high strength and self-leveling characteristics.
