摘要
目的:梳理国内外学校营养教育效果评估常用方法,为评估我国学龄儿童学校营养教育干预效果提供理论指导。方法:以营养教育、效果评估、学龄儿童为关键词,查询发表在SCI期刊和国内期刊的若干文章,综述应用KAP为指标评估学校营养教育效果的研究,总结并寻找经验。结论:知信行理论是健康教育的重要理论依据之一,众多营养教育效果评估均基于此进行,KAP变化是评估学龄儿童营养教育效果常用的较佳方法。
[Objective] To review the application of KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, Practice) as an indicator to evaluate school-aged chil- dren nutrition education intervention to provide a theoretical guidance for evaluating the effectiveness of school-aged children nutrition education intervention in China. [Method] Some research based on School nutrition education, effectiveness evaluation, school-aged children as key words were found in the scientific journal, then reviewed the research which applied KAP as an indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of school nutrition education intervention, methods and variables used in the various parts and the unique of each part were summed up and analyzed. [Conclusion] KAP theory is one of important theoretical basis for health education, and many nutrition education effectiveness evaluation is based on this theory. Change on KAP is the preferred method to assess effectiveness of nutrition education for school-aged children.
