摘要
法学本科生如何进行行之有效的应用能力培养和锻炼,是法学本科教育的一个重要课题。将应用能力具体细分为"听、说、读、写"4个方面,结合实际发现本科生在这4个方面存在的具体问题,并针对性地提出解决问题的对策,以全面提升学生的专业"听、说、读、写"能力,更加有效地提升学生理论与实践相结合、在实践中解决问题的能力。
How to cultivate and improve the law undergraduates＇ application ability is an important sub- ject in law undergraduate education. Application abilities can be divided into 4 aspects： listening, speaking, reading and writing, Finding specific problems in the 4 aspects of Undergraduates, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems： by improving the students＂ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing： On the basis of improvement of the students＇ abilities, they are encouraged to combine theory with practice and thus solve the problems in practice effectively.
