摘要
对蓝光二极管(LD)泵浦Pr:YLF晶体输出橙红光进行了实验研究,分析了不同偏振方向的晶体和不同透过率的输出镜对橙红光输出功率的影响。在a切Pr^(3+):YLF晶体吸收功率为4.5W时最高输出639.7nm激光功率为491m W。c切Pr^(3+):YLF晶体在吸收功率为3.3W时最高输出607.3nm激光功率为177m W。
The blue laser diode-pumped Pr^3+:YLF laser is investigated experimentally,by which the orange red laser is directly obtained. In this paper,the influence of output power of orange red laser with different polarization direction of the crystal and different transmittance of output mirrors is analyzed. A maximum output power of 491mW at 639.7nm laser is obtained at an absorbed pump power of 4.5W with the a-cut Pr^3+:YLF crystal. And a maximum output pow-er of 177mW at 607.3nm laser is obtained at an absorbed pump power of 3.3W with the c-cut Pr^3+:YLF crystal.
