摘要
目的探讨血液净化治疗(CRRT)对多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者的影响及其预后。方法将2015年6月~2016年6月我科收治的40例多器官功能障碍综合征患者用抓阄的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组实验样本20例,对照组给予患者常规治疗方法,观察组给予患者血液净化治疗,观察分析两组患者的治疗效果、住院时间、心率改善、精神症状和胃肠道功能改善情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,心率、精神症状和胃肠道功能改善情况均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对多器官功能障碍综合征患者采用血液净化治疗,治疗效果突出,住院时间较短,心率、精神症状以及胃肠道功能改善较好,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate the effect of blood purification therapy （CRRT） on patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS） and its prognosis.Methods 40 patients with multiple organ dysthnction syndrome from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into two groups： observation group and control group.20 samples were obtained lrom each group.The control group was given the patients were treated with routine blood therapy, and the patients were treated with blood purification treatment.The treatment effect, hospitalization time, improvement of heart rate, improve- ment of psychiatric symptoms and improvement of gastrointestinal function were observed and analyzed.Results The to- tal effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The hospitalization time was signifi- cantly shorter than that of the control group. The improvement of heart rate, improvement of psychiatric symptoms and improvement of gastrointestinal function were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, the improvement of heart rate, the improvement of psychiatric symptoms and the improvement of gastrointestinal function were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome patients with blood purification treatment, treatment effect is outstanding, shorter hospital stay, heart rate, mental symptoms and gastrointestinal func＇tion improved better, worthy of clinical reference.
