摘要
为掌握森林资源动态变化情况,科学评价隆阳区森林资源保护和经营情况,根据2008年和2016年2期森林资源规划设计调查数据,从森林资源数量、质量、主导利用方向3个方面分析间隔期内森林资源变化情况和变化原因。结果表明,2008年以来,隆阳区森林资源数量上持续增加,质量上持续提高,区内森林资源丰富,生态地位突出,林业发展条件优越。提出加强生态治理,转变林业发展模式,积极发展林业产业等林业进一步发展措施。
In order to master the dynamic changes of forest resources, and scientifically evaluate the pro- tection and management of Longyang district forest resources, this paper analyzed the changes of forest re- sources and the caused reasons from three aspects of the forest resources quantity, quality, leading direc- tion during the interval according to two periods of forest resources planning and design of survey data in 2008 and 2016. Results showed that forest resources has continuously increased in number and the quali- ty since 2008 in Longyang district, forest resources was rich, ecological status was prominent, develop- ment condition of forestry was superior. Therefore, the paper put forward further development measures to strengthen the ecological management, the transformation of forestry development model and so on.
