摘要
指出了CdSe量子点作为一种新兴的荧光标记纳米材料,被广泛应用于生物医学等领域。提出了一种以亚硒酸钠为硒源,N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸为稳定剂,采用水热法一步合成高质量水溶性CdSe量子点的新方法。实验考察了反应物的投料比及其加入顺序对CdSe量子点荧光性能的影响,并从中优化CdSe量子点的合成条件,用荧光光谱对CdSe量子点的发光性能进行了表征。选取最佳条件下制备的CdSe量子点标记人肝癌细胞,N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸修饰的CdSe量子点具有良好的水溶性和生物相容性,能很好地对人肝癌细胞进行荧光成像。
CdSe quantum dots are widely used in biomedical and other fields as new fluorescent labeled nano--materi- als. In this study, CdSe quantum dots were synthesized by hydrothermal method using sodium selenite stabilized in air as selenium source and N--acetyl--L--cysteine as stabilizer. The procedure was simple and easy. The paper in- vestigated the impacts of the feed ratio and the order of addition on the fluorescence properties of CdSe quantum dots. The synthesis conditions of CdSe quantum dots were optimized and the luminescent properties of CdSe quantum dots were characterized by fluorescence spectra. N--acetyl--L--cysteine--modified CdSe quantum dots have good water solubility and biocompatibility, which can be well used in fluorescence imaging of human hepatocellular carcinoma.
