摘要
我国秸秆资源丰富,但由于秸秆中粗纤维含量高、不易被动物消化而限制了其在畜牧生产中的应用。膨化技术可提高秸秆品质和饲喂效果,对提高秸秆资源的有效利用具有积极作用。为探讨膨化秸秆在动物饲料中的利用效果,综述了膨化秸秆技术的原理、对秸秆营养成分的影响及其在动物中的应用效果,以期为广大读者提供有益参考。
Straw feed resources are rich in our country. It is not easy to be digested by animals because of the high content of crude fiber in straw, and it limited the application in livestock production. Expanded technology could improved the quality of straw and feeding effect of animal. Expanded technology had a positive effect on improving the effective utilization of straw resources. To explore the effection of expanding straw in animal feed, this paper reviewed the principle of expanding straw technology, the effect on the nutrient composition of straw and its application in animals, so as to provide a useful reference for the readers.
