棉花秸秆与苜蓿干草之间组合效应的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨棉花秸秆(Cotton Stalks,CS)与苜蓿干草(Alfalfa Hay,AH)间的组合效应,本研究将苜蓿干草与棉花秸秆以100:0、75:25、50:50、25:75、0:100比例进行组合,每个组合3个重复,利用体外瘤胃发酵技术,分析GP(产气量)、p H值、瘤胃液NH3-N(氨态氮)和VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)含量,评价产气量组合效应以及综合组合效应。结果表明:1)从产气量角度来看,各时间点的不同组合都存在显著性差异(P<0.05),以72h为例,其中75%苜蓿组最高,100%棉杆最低,整体上随着棉杆的增加,产气量逐渐降低,但4h^24h,50%棉秆产气量最低。2)从产气量组合效应来看,25:75组和75:25组产生了正组合效应,25:75组合效应整体高于后者,而50:50组则产生负组合效应,另外,3种比例之间组合效应的差异并不显著(P>0.05)。3)VFA中,丙酸和戊酸随着棉杆比例增加苜蓿比例减少而逐渐降低,差异显著(P<0.01),另外,不同组合之间乙/丙存在显著性差异(P<0.01),TVFA有逐渐下降趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)综合组合效应差异也不显著,单项分析来看,VFA浓度呈现正组合效应,NH3-N浓度表现出负组合效应。 In order to investigate the associative effects of cotton stalks (CS) and alfalfa hay(AH), combinations of AH with CS were mixed in the ratio of 100:0,75:25,50:50,25:75 and 0:100 respectively, There were 3 replicates for each combination. The lumen fermentation in vitro was adopted to detect GP (gas production), NH3-N and VFA (volatile fatty acids), and to analysis GP associative effects (AEGP) and synthetically associative effects(AEs).The results showed as follows: 1)in gas characteristics,different roughage combinations had significant difference in gas production parameters (P〈0.05).At 72h, Gas production of 75% CS was significantly higher than that of others, thel00% AH is the lowest, the GP is reduced with AH is increased, but at 4h-24h the GP of 50% AH is lowest.2) In AEGP, 25%CS and 75% had positive associative effects, AEGP 25%CS is higher than AEGP 75%CS, but the 50%CS had the passive effects and the AEGP of the combination of different ratio in CS and AH is not significantly (P 〉0.05). 3) In VFA, propionic acid and acetic acid is reduced by increasing of CS and reducing of AH significantly (P〈0.01), and the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid in 25%CS, 50%CS and 75%CS is significantly (P〈0.01); and the TVFA is reducing significantly (P〉0.05). 4) In single AE, the AEVFA had positive associative effects and AENH3-N had passive associative effects; and the AEs of the 50%CS is passive associative effects, the AEs of the 25%CS and 75% CS is positive associative effects(P〉0.05).
