摘要
目的探讨幽门结扎术在严重十二指肠损伤手术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月-2016年1月阜新矿业集团总医院收治的7例严重十二指肠损伤患者的临床资料，所有患者术中实行幽门结扎术。结果7例患者均顺利完成手术，无围手术期死亡。1例患者术后出现十二指肠瘘，经保守冶疗后瘘口愈合。结论严重十二指肠损伤术中采用幽门结扎术，操作简单，患者术后十二指肠瘘发生率低，预后较好。
Objective To investigate the effects of pyloric ligation in severe duodenal injuries. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases of patients with severe duodenal injuries from January, 2011 to January, 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Pyloric ligation was used in operations. Results The operations of seven patients with severe duodenal injuries were all smoothly completed without perioperative death. Only one patient was complicated with duodenal fistula and was cured by conservative treatment. Conclusion Pyloric ligation for severe duodenal injuries is simple with low incidence of duodenal fistula and good prognosis of patients.
