摘要 牵引速度传感器故障可导致列车产生冲击,甚至丧失牵引力,严重影响旅客乘坐列车的舒适性和安全性。从异步电机动态模型出发推导了开环转速辨识方法,分析了开环转速辨识的优劣;提出了一种模型参考自适应的转速估算方法用于速度传感器故障诊断及故障后的容错控制。通过在无锡地铁上的装车试验,验证了此种方案可快速地诊断出传感器故障并实现故障后的自动容错控制,保证了地铁列车的安全、可靠运行。 Traction speed sensor's fault can cause the impact of the train, or even loss of traction, seriously affecting the comfort and safety of metro vehicle travelling. Based on the dynamic model of induction motor, the open-loop speed estimation method was deduced, and the pros and cons of open-loop speed identification were analyzed; then a model reference adaptive speed estimation method for fault diagnosis and auto-tolerant control after the speed sensor fault was proposed. The method was validated in Wuxi metro, which could rapid diagnosis the speed sensor fault and realize auto-tolerant control, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the metro vehicles.
