摘要
目的评价低位直肠癌保肛术患者接受延续护理对其术后生活质量的影响。方法应用随机数字法将我院收治的80例低位直肠癌保肛术患者平均分为两组,各40例:对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受延续护理干预,将两组患者的护理结果加以对比。结果实验组患者对护理干预的依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6、12个月后的生活质量评分对比结果显示,实验组高于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论为低位直肠癌保肛术患者展开延续护理可有效提高患者对医嘱的依从性,进而更好的改善生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with low rectal cancer undergoing anus preserving surgery. Methods Using randomized double-blind method in 80 cases of low rectal cancer in our hospital patients with anus preserving fingers were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group： control group received the routine nursing care, the experimental group received continuous nursing intervention, the nursing of patients in two groups were compared. Results The compliance of nursing intervention for patients in the experimental group than the control group （P〈0.05）; the results showed that quality of life score between 6 and 12 months after the surgery, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）, there was a statistically significant difference. Concluslon For patients with low rectal cancer anus expansion continuing nursing care can effectively improve the compliance with the doctor＇s orders, and better improve the quality of life, is a widely application value in clinical nursing model.
