摘要
目的探究心理护理干预对肺癌患者焦虑等负性情绪的影响。方法将114例该病患者按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各57例,对照组患者进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行心理护理干预,干预结束后评估患者的负性情绪改善情况,并进行统计分析。结果两组患者干预前的焦虑程度和抑郁程度均为轻度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者的焦虑程度和抑郁程度显著改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可明显缓解肺癌患者的焦虑和抑郁等负性情绪,有助于改善患者的治疗依从性,提高患者的免疫力。
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and other negative emotions in patients with lung cancer. Methods 114 cases of patients with this disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 57 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of psychological nursing intervention, after the intervention to evaluate the negative emotion of patients to improve the situation, and carries on the statistical analysis. Results The degree of anxiety of patients in two groups before intervention and depression were mild, no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）, the nursing intervention, the observation group of patients with anxiety and depression were significantly improved, and the control group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can obviously alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with lung cancer, and help to improve the treatment compliance and improve the immunity of the patients.
