摘要
目的探索高频振荡通气治疗新生儿气漏综合征疗效。方法选取38例新生儿气漏综合征患儿为实验对象,将其抽签化分组,两组各有19例,对照组和观察组分别采用常频通气治疗和高频振荡通气治疗。结果分析研究结果,可发现观察组患者住院时间(10.85±5.48)d、气胸吸收时间(54.96±12.45)h、呼吸机治疗时间(3.15±0.47)d,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高频振荡通气新生儿气漏综合征效果显著。
Objective To explore the efficacy of high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal air leak syndrome. Methods 38 children with neonatal air leak syndrome were selected as the experimental subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 19 cases in each group with frequent ventilation and high frequency oscillatory ventilation respectively. Results The hospitalization time of (10.85±5.48) d, pneumotborax absorption time of (54.96±12.45) h, ventilator treatment time of (3.15 ±0.47) d in observation group were significantly better than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion High frequency oscillatory ventilation takes effect significantly in neonatal air leakage syndrome.
