摘要
目的探究社区护理干预对高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法研究对象选取为2015年1—12月的100例社区高血压病患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组仅在住院期间实施常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上进行社区护理干预,调查对比两组患者的用药依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的用药依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预能够有效改善高血压患者的用药依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on drug compliance in hypertensive patients. Methods 100 cases of community hypertension from January to December 2015, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was only in routine nursing during hospitalization. The observation group was based on community nursing intervention, the survey compared the two groups of patients with medication compliance and care satisfaction. Results The compliance of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention can effectively improve the medication compliance of patients with hypertension.
