摘要
2016年4月,京津冀四所医学高等院校签订战略合作框架协议,为共同推进京津冀区域高等医学教育协同与创新发展开辟了新的道路。国外区域高等教育合作发展较为成熟且积累了一定的经验,国内该领域的发展现状也同样值得思考,据此,结合目前国内全科医学人才培养途径,借助政策、资源和区域等优势,从落实顶层设计、开发合作项目、加大资金投入等方面深入探讨京津冀区域高等医学教育合作及全科医学人才协同培养的发展方向,为拓展全科医师协同培养提供新思路和新模式。
In April 2016, four medical colleges of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region signed a strategic cooperation framwork agreement to open up the way for promoting the synergetic and innovative development of regional higher medical education. The development of regional higher education cooperation in overseas is relatively mature and accumulated some experiences, and the domestic situation in this area is also valuable to think about. Therefore, combining the present training methods of general practitioners in domestic, depending on the advantage of policy, resource and region, to deeply discuss the development direction of regional higher medical education cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, and also to provide new idea and new model for expanding the synergetic training of general practitioners.
