摘要
供给侧改革创新供给带动需求的产业模式,同时也为图书馆公共文化服务效能的提升提供了新方向。首先介绍了供给侧改革的概念、核心与内涵,在此基础上对供给侧改革背景下图书馆公共文化服务的要素进行分析,并提出供给侧改革背景下图书馆公共文化服务的改革重点,进一步论述了供给侧改革背景下图书馆公共文化服务效能的提升路径,最后着重探讨优化图书馆公共文化服务效能的具体策略,以促进公共图书馆的改革转型。
Reform of Supply-Front brings innovation to industry mode of supply-drive-demand and meanwhile provides a new direction for improving public culture service efficiency of libraries. In this paper, the concept of Reform of Sup- ply-Front, as well as its essence and contents were firstly introduced. On this basis, elements and the key points in- fluencing public culture service of libraries were analyzed under the context of Reform of Supply-Front. Approaches to improve public culture service efficiency of libraries were further stated. Finally specific strategies were emphati- cally discussed to facilitate the reform and transformation of public libraries.
