摘要
根据双曲面不锈钢幕墙的特点,通过三维建模和计算机深化,把双曲面幕墙分成表皮层和龙骨层,并对两层的定位、覆板、吊装进行图纸细化,保证了曲面的准确、弧度的顺平,采用工厂和现场结合的方式进行加工、制作,使双曲面不锈钢幕墙能够快速、安全、美观的施工完成。
According to the characteristics of hyperboloid stainless steel curtain wall, this paper divided hyperboloid curtain wall into surface layer and keel layer by 3D modeling and computer deepening. Meanwhile, this paper detailed the positioning, shroud plate and hoisting of the two layers on sketch, ensuring the accuracy of hook face, the smooth-going of radian. Processed and produced by the combination of factory and worksite, hyperboloid stainless steel curtain wall could be quickly completed with safety and beautiful outlook.
