葛洲坝电厂机组稳定性分析 被引量:1

摘要 葛洲坝电厂总装机容量2775 MW,为华中电网重要的电源电站。自首台机组发电至今,已累计在线运行超过35年。机组老龄化危害电厂运行的稳定性与安全性。基于电站最优维护信息系统(HOMIS)对葛洲坝电厂机组进行机械稳定性监测,发现上导及水导X/Y向摆度幅值过大。对上导及水导X/Y向摆度值进行Daubechis小波去噪及快速傅里叶变换(FFT),分析结果表明上导及水导摆度主频为1 Hz,应为基于主轴的旋转件引起的机械故障。依据诊断结论提出检修方案,检修部门依据方案对磨损连杆进行更换。通过对检修前后机组状态参数对比,进行检修质量评估。 Gezhouba Power Plant with total installed capacity of 2775 MW, is an important power station in central China power grids. It has run for more than 35 years since the first generating unit operated. The long running causes damages to stability and security. The state information of hydroelectric unit 10# in Gezhouba Power Plant is monitored with the help of the hydropower optimal maintenance information system( HOMIS), it is found that the swing values of upper guide bearing and guide bearing are above the standard. Daubechis wavelet denoising and fast Fourier transform are applied to the swing values of upper guide bearing and guide bearing. The results indicate that the basic frequency of swing in upper guide bearing and guide bearing is 1 Hz, which is caused by principal axis or its attachment. According to the corresponding diagnosis to offer the overhaul schemes for the maintenance department, the wearing linkage of the governor is replaced through dis- criminating. Eventually, the maintenance quality is evaluated by comparing the unit states of before and after maintenance.
