摘要
研究了FCS在采煤机电控系统中的应用,通过总线将采煤机电控箱内不同位置安装的控制组件连接起来,实现采煤机分布式控制,对传统的DCS进行优化,减少电控箱内硬线连接,提高系统稳定性,使采煤机实现自动化控制更方便、更可靠,另外促进了采煤机实现数字化控制,并节省设备维护时间和费用。
Studies the FCS （Fieldbus Control System） application in coal mining machine control system, through the bus control box of different components of coal mining machine installed connected, realize shearer distributed control, the traditional DCS optimization, reduce the electric control box of hard line connection, improving the stability of the system, the automatic control system of shearer more convenient, more reliable, and also promote the realization of digital mining machine, save maintenance time and cost.
