摘要
针对宽体自卸车恶劣的工作环境、巨大的载重和自重、频繁的转向等问题,设计了一种全液压转向系统,计算了转向阻力矩、转向系统的主要参数,确定了转向器、转向泵、蓄能器油罐等主要部件,给出系统的设计结构,同时为同类型的结构提供一种可靠的计算方法。
A kind of full hydraulic steering system is designed to solve the problem of poor working environment, heavy load and dead weight, frequent steering and so on. Calculated the main parameters of steering system and steering resistance torque, selected the main parts of steering, such as the steering gear, steering pumps, storage tank, the pipeline and so on, given the design structure of the system, at the same time provided a reliable method of calculation for the same type of structure.
