摘要
以S型焊接波纹管为研究对象,主要分析介质压力对焊接波纹管有效作用直径的影响。采用ANSYS Workbench对两种不同尺寸的波纹管进行仿真分析,求解得到不同介质压力下的有效作用直径。将波纹管进行加压试验得到的实际有效作用直径与仿真结果作对比,验证了仿真建立的波纹管分析模型和相应分析方法的正确性。总结得出有效作用直径随介质压力的变化规律:当波纹管受内压时,随着压力的增加,有效作用直径不断下降,其下降趋势越来越缓慢,最终趋于一个稳定值;当波纹管受外压时,随着压力的增加,有效作用直径也会不断增加,其增加趋势越来越缓慢,最终也趋于一个稳定值。研究结果为S型焊接波纹管的仿真分析与有效作用直径的计算提供了参考依据。
Taking the S - welded bellows as object, it analyzes the effect of the medium pressure on the effective diameter of the welded bellows. Based on ANSYS Workbench it simulates two different diaphragm sizes of the welded bellows, analyzes the effective action diameter under different medium pressure. Then it does the pressure experiments and compares the actual effective action with the simulation results, verifies the correctness of the established model and the corresponding analysis method. It summarizes the relationship between the effective action diameter and the medium pressure of welded bellows. With the increasing of internal pressure, the effective diameter declines and the decline trends more slowly, finally tends to a stable value; with the increasing of external pressure, the effective diameter continuously increases, the trend is more and more slowly, finally becomes a stable value. This provides the reference for the calculation of S type welding simulation research and the effective diameter of bellows.
