摘要
研究了好氧/厌氧反复耦合固定生物反应器(r CAA)处理高无机灰分工业废水的污泥减量化效果。结果表明,反应器中SS和COD存在线性关系,SS的堆积提高了污泥的产率系数,采用周期性清理r CAA反应器底部淤泥的方式进行处理,能有效降低反应器的污泥产率,同时提高和稳定出水水质;各厌氧仓的污泥溶解作用以及好氧仓内异养菌和自养硝化菌对基质和DO的竞争关系直接影响反应器的出水氨氮浓度。
Performance of a pilot plant fixed-bed reactor with repeated coupling of aerobic and an- aerobic process (rCAA) in the treatment of industrial wastewater with high ash content was investigated. A linear relationship between suspended solids (SS) and COD along the flow direction was observed in the rCAA reactor. Through periodical discharge of sludge from the bottom of the rCAA reactor, the sludge production of the rCAA reactor was controlled to a low level, and the quality and stability of effluent was improved as well. Study of changes in NH4^+ - N concentrations along the components of the rCAA reactor revealed competitions between heterotrophic bacteria and autotrophic nitrifying bacteria. This competition, together with the disintegration of sludge in anaerobic components, was shown to be very important to the quality of the effluent.
