不同形式加固混凝土梁端部与原混凝土界面抗剪性能试验分析

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON SHEAR BEHAVIOR OF THE INTERFACE BETWEEN OLD CONCRETE AND RC BEAM ENDS WITH DIFFERENT REINFORCEMENT MODES

摘要 考虑不同形式加固混凝土梁对加固梁端与原柱混凝土界面的抗剪影响,设计制作了3组9个试验试件进行单调静载试验,主要分析三种不同加固形式(在原梁的单侧、底部和三面围箍加固)对加固梁端部与原柱混凝土界面抗剪性能的影响。试验结果表明:相同加固面积下,三面加固梁优于梁底与梁单侧加固的梁,具有更高的抗剪承载力,加固效果最好。而梁底加固与梁单侧加固承载能力基本相同,但达到极限荷载时梁底加固试件的界面位移值更小,表明梁底加固优于梁一侧加固。同时随着加固面积的增大,同级荷载下纵筋应变越小,应变增长越慢,抗剪能力越强,加固效果越好。 Considering the influence of different reinforcement modes on shear behavior of the interface between RC beam ends and old concrete, nine specimens were designed and carried out under the uniaxial static loading, and the interface shear performance between old concrete and RC beam ends reinforced by three different modes ( unilateral reinforcement, bottom reinforcement and three sides reinforcement). The test results showed that the specimen with three sides reinforcement had a higher shear capacity, the reinforcement effect of which was best compared to the specimen reinforced by unilateral reinforcement and bottom reinforcement. The bearing capacity of the specimen with bottom reinforcement basically was same to the unilateral reinforcement beam, but the interface deformation value of which was smaller when reached to the ultimate load, and the results showed that the reinforcement effect of bottom reinforcement was better than unilateral reinforcement. In addition, the strain of longitudinal steel bar increased slowly with the increment of reinforcement area, and the shear capacity was improved.
