摘要
目的研究RACK1和VEGF蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学En Vision法检测127例非小细胞肺癌组织(包括癌旁组织45例及非小细胞肺癌组织82例)中RACK1和VEGF的表达情况。结果 RACK1和VEGF在肺腺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);RACK1在肺腺癌中的表达在不同淋巴结转移情况及TNM分期间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不同性别和不同肿瘤分化程度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VEGF表达在不同肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不同性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析结果表明,在肺腺癌中RACK1蛋白表达与VEGF蛋白表达呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 RACK1和VEGF在非小细胞肺癌中高表达,尤其在肺腺癌的发生发展过程中发挥了一定的作用,可能与RACK1和VEGF共同发挥作用促进细胞的增殖有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of RACK1 and VEGF in human non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of RACK1 and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemistry En Vision assay in 127 specimens of lung tissues,including 45 cases of cancer adjacent tissues and 82 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Results The positive expression rates of RACK1 and VEGF proteins in lung adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in cancer adjacent tissues(P 〈 0. 05). The expression of RACK1 in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly different among different lymph node metastasis or TNM stage( P 〈 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between different sex or different tumor differentiation( P 〉 0. 05). The expression of VEGF was significantly associated with tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis or TNM stages( P 〈 0. 05),but not with sex( P 〉 0. 05). The expression of RACK1 was positively correlated with VEGF expression in lung adenocarcinoma( P 〈 0. 05).Conclusion The expression of RACK1 and VEGF proteins is significantly high in non-small cell lung cancer tissues,especially in lung adenocarcinoma. RACK1 and VEGF may promote cell proliferation in the progression of lung cancer.
