摘要
培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,就必须对这个理论体系的基本问题有深入的理解,必须深入理解社会主义核心价值观形成的时代背景、理论地位、理论内涵、认知认同培育、实践要点。经济全球化和世界多极化的深入发展是影响当今世界格局的最主要因素,也影响着中国的发展道路。社会主义核心价值观是中国特色社会主义理论创新的重要成果。社会主义核心价值观的提出既反映了马克思的一般价值主张,又反映了当今时代中国特色社会主义发展的具体要求。作为社会成员意识组成的社会主义核心价值观,必然处于社会成员意识的核心地位,具有精神支柱的作用。只有尊重社会成员个体的自主性,才能使人民群众真正成为社会主义核心价值观的实践者。
To cultivate and practice the core socialist values, the basic issues must be understood in depth about this theoretical system and the background of times, theoretical position, theoretical connotation, cultivation of cognition and identification, practical points about the forming of core socialist values. It is the most important factor to influence the cur-rent world pattern and Chinese developmental road that the economic globalization and the world multi polarization. Core so-cialist values are the important achievements of theoretical innovations of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics. The presentation of core socialist values reflects not only the general assertion of values, but also the specific requirements of de-velopment of contemporary socialism with Chinese characteristics. Core socialist values as the elements of consciousness of social members must be the core positions of consciousness of social members that possess the function of spiritual pillar.Only if the individual autonomies of a social member are valued, would it come into being that the masses really become the practitioners of core socialist values.
