复合配筋混凝土预制方桩接头抗拉性能 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON JOINT TENSILE PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE REINFORCEMENT CONCRETE PREFABRICATED SQUARE PILES

摘要 通过对3种桩型共9根复合配筋混凝土预制方桩接头试件进行足尺度抗拉性能试验,研究其抗拉承载力、破坏形式及裂缝分布。试验结果表明:方桩接头试件的极限抗拉承载力试验值基本满足规范公式计算值的要求;试件存在全截面抗拉破坏和端板处连接破坏2种不同的失效形式;所有试件的连接接头安全可靠,均没有发生破坏;桩身混凝土的裂缝分布较为均匀。 The experiments of tensile properties concerning about nine composite reinforcement con- crete prefabricated square pile joint specimens with three types of piles were conducted to investigate the tensile strength, the failure mode and the crack distribution. The experimental results show that the ex- perimental values of the ultimate tensile strength of the square pile joint specimens basically meet the re- quirements of the calculated values from the specification formula. There are two kinds of failure modes about square pile joint specimens, i. e. , the full-section tensile failure and the connection failure be- tween end-plate and pile body. The joints of all the specimens are safe and reliable, and have no dam- age. In addition, the crack distributions of pile concrete are relatively uniform.
