摘要
(1)目的探讨下肢静脉曲张患者采用Trivex旋切术治疗对其术后并发症发生率的影响。(2)方法选取我院收治的下肢静脉曲张患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用传统的大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术进行治疗,观察组采用Trivex旋切术进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。(3)结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),手术切口数量及手术切口均小于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)结论 Trivex旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效显著,能够在很大程度上降低并发症发生率。
Objective Study of varicose veins of lower extremity were treated with TriVex rotary resection in the treatment of the postoperative complication rate. Methods Selected varicose vein of lower limb in patients of our hospital with 100 cases as the object of study,were randomly divided into observation and of two groups, control group with traditional high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping treatment, observation group by TriVex rotation resection and comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients.Results In the observation group, the operation time short in control group（P〈0.05）,intraoperative bleeding is less than that of the control group（P〈0.05） ,incision number and,incision less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TriVex rotary cut has an obvious curative effect of surgery in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity, can greatly reduce the incidence of complications.
