摘要
目的观察小儿金翘颗粒辅助治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法 96例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿随机分为对照组47例和治疗组49例,对照组采用头孢替安静脉滴注,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上口服小儿金翘颗粒,2组均治疗7 d后统计疗效。结果治疗组患儿的退热时间、咽部充血消退时间及脓性分泌物消退时间较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前白细胞(WBC)计数及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后第3,5 d 2组患儿的WBC计数及CRP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为70.21%,治疗组为89.79%,2组总有效率经χ~2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总不良反应发生率为12.77%,治疗组为20.41%,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿金翘颗粒辅助治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效显著,可明显缩短患儿的症状、体征,且安全可靠,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe clinical effect on adjunctive treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis by Xiao＇ er Jinqiao Keli. Methods 96 cases of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were randomized into therapy group （49 cases） and control group （47 cases）. The control group was treated with Cephalosporin intravenous drip, while the therapy group was given Xiao＇ er Jinqiao Keli by oral administration based on the therapy of control group. After treated for 7 days, the clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the disappearance time of fever, throat congestion and purulent secretion in therapy group were shorter than that in control group with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no difference in WBC counting and CPR betwee, n two groups （P〉0. 05）. After treatment for 3 and 5 days, WBC counting and CPR in two groups dropped than before treatment （P〈0.05） , and the degree of reduction in therapy group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in therapy group and control group was 89.79% and 70.21% respectively, after testing ofx2, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. The total adverse reaction rate was 12.77 % in control group and 20.41% in therapy group, differences had no statistically significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Xiao＇er Jinqiao Keli ,as an adjunctive therapy, can treat children with acute suppurative tonsillitis effectively and reliably by relieving patients＇ symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
