摘要
总结了彭玉教授从脾肾论治小儿哮喘的临证经验。彭教授治疗小儿哮喘发作期以祛邪为主,迁延期与缓解期从脾肾论治,认为迁延期顾护脾肾、缩短治疗时间、减少发作,是进入缓解期治疗的关键环节。辨证选用泻肺补肾、健脾温肾、温脾化痰、补肾固本等内治疗法,同时配合小儿外治疗法,可显著减少小儿哮喘的发作次数,从而提高哮喘的治愈率。
Make a summary of professor PENG Yu＇ s experience in treating infantile asthma from spleen and kidney. In his opinion, treating infantile asthma should focus on eliminating evils in onset of asthma, treating based on syndromes differentiation from spleen and stomach in protracted course and remission phase. The key coming into remission phase is the protection of spleen and stomach to shorten treatment time and reduce onset frequency in protracted course. Matched with infantile external therapies, some internal therapies are applied, like purging lung and reinforcing kidney, strengthening spleen and warming kidney, warming spleen and dispersing phlegm as well as reinforcing the kidney to strengthen the body to reduce onset frequency of infantile asthma and increase the curative rate.
