摘要
目的:泌尿系统疾病采用多层螺旋CT尿路成像技术诊断的效能分析。方法:进行泌尿系统检查的201例泌尿系统病变患者,分别用排泄性静脉尿路造影(intravenous urography,IVU)和多层螺旋CT尿路造影(computed tomography urography,CTU)进行检查。比较两种方法检查泌尿系统疾病的检出率和敏感度。结果:201例患者中CTU和IVU的检测诊断敏感度分别为98.0%(197/201)和69.2%(139/201),特异度分别为98.3%(998/1005)和87.0%(875/1005),两种检测方法在敏感度和特异度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CTU和IVU的检查所需时间分别为(17.6±9.0)min和(69.3±21.8)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT尿路成像在诊断泌尿系统疾病中具有敏感度高、耗时少的优点,优于IVU检查。
Objective: To evaluate the value of the multi-slice spiral CT urography in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases. Methods: 201 patients with urinary system diseases were studied with excretory intravenous urography( IVU) and multi-slice spiral CT urography( CTU) for inspection. The detection rate and sensitivity of urinary system diseases in the two groups under two kinds of examination were comparatively analyzed. Results: In those 201 cases,the diagnostic sensitivity was 98 %( 197/201) and 69. 2 %( 139/201),the specificity 98. 3 %( 998/1005) and 87 %( 875/1005),in CTU and IVU detection respectively. And two kinds of detection methods were very significantly different in sensitivity and specificity( P〈0. 01). The examination time of CTU and IVU was( 17. 58 ± 9) and( 69. 3 ± 21. 8) min,respectively,the difference statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CTU has advantages of high sensitivity and less time-consumption in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases,superior to that of IVU examination.
