摘要
垂体瘤是颅内常见的良性肿瘤,从初期的开颅手术切除病变,到现如今经鼻蝶神经内镜下切除垂体瘤,在减少手术创伤、提高肿瘤全切率、保留垂体功能、减少神经损伤等方面均已取得较大的进步,疗效也获得了显著提高。本文从垂体瘤手术演变、神经影像学、内镜手术技巧及优缺点等神经内镜经鼻蝶垂体瘤手术相关方面进行综述,从而探讨神经内镜技术未来发展的重点方向。
Pituitary tumors are a common intracranial benign tumors and the operation method is developed from early craniotomy to current transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumors under neuroendoscope.The great progress on reducing the surgical trauma,improving the total tumor resection rate and preserving the pituitary function with transsphenoidal surgery was made.The curative effects were also significantly improved.This study aimed to summarize the progress of transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumors under neuroendoscope from the evolution of surgery,neuroimaging and operation skills so as to make the further exploration of the development of endoscopic technology.
