摘要 选用电厂常用煤种,在某电厂的660 MW超临界火电机组对冲火焰锅炉上进行热态试验。运用热态燃烧气氛即时测试技术,测量各混煤在不同负荷条件下的炉内烟气温度变化、飞灰及灰渣可燃物、污染物(SO_2、NO_x等)排放量及汽温特性情况,对比研究掺混对锅炉安全性和经济性的影响。通过燃烧调整,提出适于锅炉燃烧的混煤特性、掺混方式及锅炉安全经济的运行方式。 A thermal test was carried out on a 660MW supercritical unit opposed firing boiler in a power plant . With the help of combustion atmosphere immediate thermal test technology, the changes of furnace temperature, fly ash and the ash combustibles, pollutants (S02, NOx) emissions and steam temperature characteristics under different working conditions were measured, after comparative study, found out the mixing of blended coals' effect on the boiler's safety and economy in operation. By the means of combustion adjustment, the most suitable characteristics of blended coal, mixed operation mode for boiler combustion and most safe and economic way for boiler operation were carried out.
