摘要
民国时期中小学职业指导是当时社会职业指导运动的重要组成部分,其课程实施针对各级段学生的身心发展特点和经济社会发展要求,通过教学课程、训育课程和补习课程三个途径,以挖掘常规课程的职业指导价值,增设职业指导必修课和选修课,补充职业指导的参观、体验和调查活动,联络社会职业指导机构和各界资源为重点,体现出职业指导的重要地位、深受当时主导教育理念影响、发挥多种课程的育人价值、构建多元合作网络体系及注重专业性、科学性和实效性等特点。分析民国时期中小学职业指导的课程形态及实施途径,对当前中小学学生发展指导、职业渗透和生涯教育具有启示和借鉴意义。
In the Republican Era of China, the career guidance of elementary and secondary schools played a significant role in social career guidance activities. According to the properties of somatopsychic development for the students in various grades and the requirements of social economy, the implementation of such courses had found out the value of career guidance from regular courses via teaching courses, training courses and supplementing courses. Besides, the implementation of career courses insisted the establishment of required courses and optional courses. The point of such courses in Republican Era of China is to supplement the visit, experience and research activity of career guidance and connect career organizations with the resources in all areas. The implementation represented the importance of career guidance and embodied some characteristics such as influenced by major educational principals, expressing the educational value of multiple courses, constructing multi-cooperation net system and focusing on specialty, scientificalness and effectiveness. Analyzing on curriculum form and implementation path of career guidance has gained inspirations and reference value to the guidance to students＇ development, vocational penetration and career education.
