摘要
高校二级管理机制改革以来,宿舍管理工作虽取得新成效,但管理模式仍受到旧模式制约,问题凸显。高校应从学院及职能部门、辅导员、学生自治组织以及宿舍长四个层面建立宿舍管理新模式,以适应机制改革后宿舍管理的需要。
After the secondary management mechanism reform, although the management of college dormitory has achieved new results, the management mode is still subject to the old model constraints, the problem is highlighted. Colleges should set new mode of dormitory management from four aspects：college and functional departments, counselors, student self-government associations and head of the dormitory, so as to adapt to the needs of dormitory management reform.
