摘要
在机械加工过程中,经常会遇到内腔底面需要焊接螺钉类铸造箱体的加工。针对这类箱体壁厚较薄、需要焊接一系列螺钉以及加工难度较大的难题,通过分析箱体的设计要求和工艺难点,制定相应的加工工艺方案,绘制工艺流程图,编制合理的加工工艺路线,有效地减小了箱体的焊接变形,保证了箱体的几何公差和强度要求,提高了箱体的加工质量,为结构类似的薄壁铸造箱体的焊接提供了宝贵的参考经验。
In machining process, often encounter inner cavity bottom need welding screw type casting box processing. In accordance with the need of this kind of enclosure wall thickness thin, welding a series of screw, processing is difficult prob- lem, by analyzing the difficulty of design requirements and technology of casing, formulate corresponding processing scheme, draw process flow diagram, prepare the reasonable processing craft route, effectively reduce the welding deforma- tion of box, ensure the body shape tolerance and strength requirement, improve the processing quality of box, for structure similar to the welding of thin wall casting box provided valuable reference experience.
