摘要
对惰性气氛条件下硫化锑的挥发过程进行了研究。利用经典热力学计算方法对硫化锑挥发过程中可能发生的3个反应进行讨论,得到反应的关系图,并对试验样品进行了差热差重分析研究。热力学计算结果表明:在873~1 023 K温度范围内,硫化锑主要以液相气化为气相为主。动力学研究结果表明:此条件下硫化锑挥发符合液态挥发模型,表观挥发活化能为192 kJ/mol。
In this paper,the volatilization of antimony sulfide under the condition of inert atmosphere is studied.Antimony sulfide decomposition reactions are discussed by using classical thermodynamics calculation method,and the diagrams of are obtained.The DTA/TG of the test samples is also studied.The thermodynamic calculation results show that when the temperature range from 873 K to 1 023 K,antimony sulfide mainly gasifies for gas phase.Dynamics research results show that the antimony sulfide volatiles in line with the liquid evaporation model under this condition,and the apparent volatile activation energy is 192 kJ/mol.
