摘要
目的为了提高地市级医院国家自然科学基金申报成功率。方法通过总结往年在基金申报管理方面的心得体会,借助医院已有的专家资源,探索总结出一套适合地市级医院的系列培训办法和奖励政策。结果与结论激发医院科研人员申报基金的热情,提高基金申报成功率。
Objective To improve the success rate of national natural science foundation in municipal pre-vious years hospital. Methods This study summarized fund declaration and reporting management experience in the previous years and explored a set of suitable series of training measures and reward policy for the municipal hospital based on the expert resources of the hospital. Results and Conclusion This study stimulates the enthusiasm of scientific research staff to declare the Foundation, and improves the success rate of foundation application.
