非转移性黑色素瘤糖蛋白B在不同类型肿瘤中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 恶性肿瘤是危害人类健康的重大疾病之一，虽然目前临床上有多种治疗手段，如手术、化疗、放疗等，但其发病率和病死率仍然居高不下。近年来，一种新型疗法——肿瘤分子靶向治疗因其具有疗效高、副作用低的特点而备受瞩目。肿瘤分子靶向治疗是利用特异性的分子封闭或抑制相关分子靶点，从而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、转移或诱导其凋亡。
