不同含气率下混流泵叶轮内流场特性分析

摘要 为了研究含气率下混流泵运行过程中叶轮内部的流动及压力变化情况,以某厂生产的导叶式混流泵为研究对象,应用商业CFD软件对不同含气率条件下额定流量运行过程中的混流泵进行瞬态数值模拟计算。结果表明:当泵进口含气率小于10%时,对叶轮流道内的压力分布与气相分布影响不明显,叶片上的压力波动变化幅度不大;当含气率大于10%时,气体逐渐在叶轮流道局部区域上聚集,叶轮上的压力脉动主频振幅开始逐渐增大,且在其出口处的压力脉动最为剧烈,并伴随着局部高压现象的发生。 A diffuser mixed flow pump produced by a domestic company was chosen to study the internal flow and pressure changes under different volume fraction of gas conditions. The commercial CFD software was used to simulate the transient flow in the mixed flow pump with different volume fraction of gas at the rated flow operation condition. The results showed that when the volume fraction of gas is less than 10%,the pressure and gas distributions are affected negligibly,and the blade pressure fluctuation has little change. When the volume fraction of gas is greater than 10%,the gas gradually gathered in the local area of the impeller,the pressure pulsation amplitude on the impeller starts to increase,along with the most intense pressure pulsation at the outlet and the appearance of local high pressure area.
