摘要
金离子由于其良好的催化性能和药理活性,在化学和医药领域中被广泛应用,但是金离子容易引起肝脏、肾脏以及外围神经系统的损害,因此,实时、快捷地检测细胞以及生物体内的金离子显得十分重要.近年来,由于荧光探针具有专一性强、灵敏度高的特性,一些检测金离子的荧光探针被逐渐开发和研究,本文主要介绍基于不同荧光基团的金离子荧光探针(如罗丹明类、荧光素类、香豆素类、氟硼二吡咯类、1,8-萘酰亚胺类和无机有机复合型)以及荧光检测原理,评述金离子荧光检测的研究方向及发展趋势,对进一步的研究提供思路.
Based on its excellent catalytic properties and pharmacological activity, gold ion is widely used in chemistry and pharmacy. However, it easily induces the damage to liver, kidney and peripheral nervous system in vivo, therefore, a real-time fast method for in cells and organisms is particularly important. So far, some fluorescence probes for Au3+ has been gradually developed and researched due to their high specificity and sensitivity, this review mainly introduces different fluorescence probes for the detection of Au3+ based on different fluorophores (i.e., rhodamine, fluorescein, coumarin, BODIPY and 1,8-naphthalimide), in order to provide some potential ideas about the detection of Au3+ for further research.
