摘要
本文较为全面地分析了现阶段我国劳动力市场的供求类型及劳动力供求的特点;分析了我国经济体制过渡时期中,劳动力市场发育的不全面性及其具体表现;认为作为完善的劳动力市场的重要标志的政府干预,对于完善劳动力市场机制和解决目前面临的沉重的就业压力,具有特别重要的意义,并藉此提出了一系列解决就业问题的政策措施。
The paper comprehensively analyses some features of the present labor market as well as its inadequaces, holding that the government plays a significant role in regulating and perfecting labor maket machanism as well as decresing unemployment.
