摘要
本文以有关知识产权的国际公约为主要依据,对驰名商标的国际保护规范进行全面系统的论述。作者认为,我国应当进一步加强对驰名商标保护的立法力度,对驰名商标进行全方位的保护,并按有关国际公约进一步扩大我国对驰名商标的保护范围。
Based on the international convention of intellectual property, this article expounds system-atically on the protection of world famous brands, holding that in accordance with the international convention, greater efforts should be taken to strenghen legislation so as to protect the famous brands comprehensively and effectively.
